Woodlands Village, Wakefield
The project consisted of the conversion of nine existing student accommodation buildings into luxury one and two bedroom, state of the art apartments.
The site is situated within its own magnificent grounds, on the site of the former Manygates Nursing Home. The development is located in a much sought after area of Wakefield.
This build has been undertaken by our Special Projects Team and has resulted in further scheme negotiations nationwide with our client Acorn Properties.
