OCON’S STUDENT ROOMS NEAR COMPLETION

Practical completion on the scheme is due to take place by the beginning of September with handover in time for the new student intake at the beginning of the academic year.  The scheme is already 35% let and there has been a flurry of interest following publication of this year’s ‘A’ Level results.

The company has been completing the glazed curtain walling for the top storey studio apartments on the £5 million Westville Developments student accommodation scheme.
