Residences Refurbishment, Lancaster University
Works included minor structural alterations, stripping out, upgrading of service installations, new kitchens and replacement furniture. The rooms were redecorated throughout and the flooring renewed.
Buildings under refurbishement were vacant during the project however surrounding buildings and retail properties outside the control of the University remained open. Activities were strategically programmed to ensure minimal disruption to both neighbours and students.
