The development consisted of 277 two bedroom, one bedroom, studios and ‘smartpads’ with retail & office units on the ground floor and basement parking. The development was an integral part of the Holbeck Urban Village regeneration area just south of the city centre in Leeds.
Elevation treatments included the utilisation of patinated copper rain- screens, cladding and areas of coloured rendered panels, manufactured using a Kingspan off-site system. Aluminium windows and curtain walling completed the envelope.
The interior fit out was of an extremely high standard, with input on some finishes to kitchens, bathrooms and common areas from Yoo Design.
The project was successfully handed over in phases to maximise the clients return on investment.
