Next to Crewe station Herald Park is a restricted site in the heart of town.

A steel framed structure with concrete floors, metal roof, brick façade and aluminium windows.

Built in the same style as Phase 1, with a floor area of 20,000sq feet spread across three floors this was the second of two phases built by Ocon on the same site.

The building has a feature entrance that acts as a circulation hub.

The office is open plan with raised access computer floors throughout. There are toilets on each floor and a shower facility on the 1st floor.

Attractive external landscaping includes controlled car parking for 50 cars and a cycle store for 10 cycles.
