Gadbury Fold
As a part of the rejuvenation of the area this project was part of a 300 acre reclamation of the former Gibfield Collery site.
The ground floor retail space is of steel frame construction with traditional masonry cladding. The residential units are of timber frame construction with a concrete transfer deck provided at first floor level.
This scheme utilised the skills and experiences from our Special Projects team and has led to negotiations with our client for future projects in the North West.
