101 bedroom brick fronted four storey accommodation project for Anash holdings, on a former contaminated petrol station site.
Work started on a new 101 bedroom timber framed student accommodation contract on Ashby Road in Loughborough, with a nine month build programme to handover for the start of the 2010/2011 academic year.
The 4 storey student accommodation provides students with en-suite bathrooms and shared kitchen facilities on a cluster basis.
Located on a former petrol station, the project included the remediation of contaminated land.
The short lead in time for this design and build project led to the engagement of architects Lewis and Hickey, with whom Ocon have worked on a number of projects.
